ROUTE: Lower Road-Little Island-Ballymacoda -Aghada-Churchtown South-Ballycotton. Return via Cloyne-Ballymacoda-Fota-Little Island
DISTANCE: Long route  from city  96KM | Short Route from Little Island 80KM
DIFFICULTY: Long and Short  850Meters climb      MODERATE
COFFEE: If Sunny. Bayview Ballycotton otherwise Shanagarry  (Decision on Morning)

ROUTE: Lissarda. Out via Coachford-Windy Gap and Return via Coachford-Donoghamore
DISTANCE: 65KM  Shorter option 55KM
DIFFICULTY: Easy
COFFEE: Ma Fitz Pub and Restaurant Lissarda

Those coming back after a long lay off need not worry about pace or being isolated. There will be an experienced Leeroadie cycling at the back of the group to deal with any mechanical or other issues.

Due to popular demand and considering our disappointment earlier this year when we failed to complete the course due to weather conditions next Sat we are doing the Dingle Cycle

Saturday 19th August
TIME: 10AM
MEETING POINT: Camp, Dingle Peninsula. Allow Min 2 Hours driving from Cork. N22 to Tralee and then N86 to Camp
ROUTE: Camp, Conor Pass, Dingle, Slea Head Drive, Ballyferriter, Feohanagh, Dingle, Anascaul,  Camp
DISTANCE: 105KM
DIFFICULTY: Moderate except for Conor Pass   About 1250Meters climbing
COFFEE: Louis Mulcahy Pottery,Ballyferriter
